Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies with $20M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Present disruptive technology frameworks to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future tech deployment
- Develop patent strategies for emerging technologies with 50+ IP filings goal
- Chair quarterly 'Future Horizons' symposiums with industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Published author in Nature or Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants
- Portfolio of 3+ technologies currently in commercial deployment
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
