Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech deployments
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
