Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, climate tech)
- Partner with C-suite to translate technological possibilities into revenue-generating products
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the board
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies before market emergence
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Published thought leadership on future technologies (patents, journals, keynotes)
