Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic adoption frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation products targeting 2026 market readiness
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for emerging technologies
- Develop intellectual property strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) a plus
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets
