Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, neuromorphic AI) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive R&D investments in high-impact innovation areas
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or MBA preferred
