- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a specialized Future Technologies task force
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech commercialization
- Exceptional communication with ability to inspire stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in futures thinking or technology foresight preferred
