- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor a team of 12+ technologists and innovation specialists
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and major tech conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 8+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
