- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate emerging technologies' strategic impact
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for early access to breakthroughs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or similar preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
