Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation and quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and quantum computing pioneers
- Develop ethical governance protocols for sentient AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Commercialize breakthrough technologies through venture capital incubation and spin-off creation
- Present disruptive innovations at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied mathematics and computational neuroscience
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Advanced Materials Science (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ breakthrough commercializations
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Proven track record securing $50M+ in government/VC funding for futuristic initiatives
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain within 90 days
