- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling ROI projections
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and biotechnology deployments
- Publish thought leadership in leading tech journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Published author in IEEE/Nature journals
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TFIA or equivalent)
