Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate and prioritize innovation initiatives
- Establish partnerships with research labs and tech incubators for early access to breakthroughs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Curate internal innovation challenges to cultivate disruptive ideas
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record identifying and scaling emerging technologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of successful technology commercialization initiatives
