Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with company vision for 2026 and beyond
- Research and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
