- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions
- Present compelling tech visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications
- Document innovation frameworks and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience building high-impact tech roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ethical tech development frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
