Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum, AI, and neurotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Produce competitive intelligence reports on future tech market shifts
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi)
- Proven track record of launching next-gen tech products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
