Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, product) to prototype and validate future concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive innovation workshops with global partners and academic institutions
- Manage technology incubation projects from concept to MVP stage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI and investment analysis
- Experience with agile and stage-gate innovation frameworks
