Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning to evaluate emerging technologies and their market viability
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating sustainability and ethical AI principles
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team focused on prototype development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech) with proven commercialization experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching successful tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic institutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience advising executive leadership
