- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent trends to identify first-mover advantages
- Present technology insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive reports
- Build partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused project prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or synthetic biology
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
