Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech, AR/VR) into product roadmaps
- Develop 2026-2030 technology adoption frameworks with ROI projections and risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations through patent analysis, startup partnerships, and academic collaborations
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, patent landscaping, and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and market research platforms
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Singularity University) highly valued
