Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps prioritizing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and partner with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and venture capital
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts while fostering an innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, nanotechnology, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience managing $10M+ technology innovation budgets
