Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate tech adoption feasibility and ROI
- Produce competitive analyses and whitepapers on future technology paradigms
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion innovation culture by implementing future-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven approach
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (preferred)
