- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with company's 2026 vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into product opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
