Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks, quantum computing principles, and AR/VR integration
- Proven track record of securing $3M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals (2019-2023)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
