Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive leadership
- Manage R&D budget allocation for high-impact experimental projects
- Document intellectual property and patent opportunities in emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
