- Produce strategic whitepapers and market disruption analyses for executive stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of published technology strategy documents or patents
