Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental initiatives
- Drive culture of innovation through internal tech evangelism and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with $10M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business strategy
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
