Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and academic research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on next-generation human-machine interfaces and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotechnology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching at least three industry-disruptive technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market timing dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
