Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their strategic implications for business growth
- Develop comprehensive 5+ year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate cutting-edge solutions into existing and new products
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with tech innovators, research institutions, and venture partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving strategic implementation
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with executive presence
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in dynamic environments
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
