Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or blockchain)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
