Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026+) to inform strategic roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Develop implementation frameworks for next-gen technologies including quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI and biometric technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into existing platforms
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting 2026+ adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management with exposure to emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI ethics
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, AR/VR convergence, and sustainable tech principles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Horizon Scanning)
