Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D to bridge theoretical research with scalable product development
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning for exponential technology curves
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Prior startup or scale-up experience in tech disruption
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
