Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate growth objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage the innovation lab budget and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Drive internal adoption of future technologies through training and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, or neurotech
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value
