- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic publications to identify IP acquisition opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members for funding approval
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing simulations
- Deep understanding of global tech policy (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Certification in Sustainable Technology or Circular Economy principles
