Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-ready tech strategies
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and emerging technology scouting
- Develop intellectual property portfolios with 10+ patent filings annually
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant applications and venture partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum solutions
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Experience securing government grants and private R&D funding
- Certification in technology innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy)
