Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy with Fortune 500 exposure

- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Europe)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or synthetic biology APIs
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
