- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies including quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and Web3 infrastructure
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation across all product initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech capabilities into business strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and strategic partnerships
- Present technology forecasts to investors, clients, and industry panels
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems or quantum computing projects
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and digital ethics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transitions
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., AC/FTF) preferred
- Deep network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
