Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating cutting-edge innovations with existing business frameworks
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with pilot programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to access next-gen innovations
- Create executive-level presentations translating complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks shaping future technology adoption
- Design innovation incubation programs to nurture internal talent and disruptive ideas
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- C-level executive experience with technology investment decisions exceeding $50M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in technology strategy
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, HBR, TechCrunch)
- Experience scaling innovation teams across global organizations
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
