Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market viability through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market trend analysis for strategic positioning
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI of future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and market forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite and technical teams
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
