Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in emerging technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Experience with scenario planning for technological singularity
- Certification in quantum algorithm development (IBM Qiskit preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor evolution post-2025
