Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and ecosystem mapping for disruptive tech sectors
- Partner with R&D to identify and integrate breakthrough innovations into product pipelines
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors with data-driven forecasts
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (neurotech, climate tech, biocomputing)
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business domains
