Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and emerging innovations

- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 R&D departments
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $10M+ annual R&D budgets with ROI-focused allocation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and SBIR funding
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) preferred
- Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chain dynamics
- Certification in Technology Management or Innovation Leadership
