Responsibilities

- Identify $1B+ market opportunities in nascent tech sectors
- Develop patent portfolios protecting breakthrough innovations
- Present strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arms to incubate spin-offs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical implications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ tech disruptions
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $50M+ in research funding
- Fluency in technology policy frameworks and ethical governance
