Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web4.0) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation sprints and prototyping of future-critical systems
- Report on tech ecosystem shifts and competitive disruption risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation pipelines
