What you'll achieve: Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech ecosystems. Develop patentable frameworks for technology adoption and influence industry standards through thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing) for strategic integration
- Lead scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and geopolitical tech impacts
- Build innovation pipelines through startup scouting, academic partnerships, and M&A analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Develop KPIs for technology ROI and innovation maturity tracking
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech evaluation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., INSEAD)
