- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members for $500M+ budget decisions
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Lead innovation workshops to cultivate future-thinking culture across 500+ engineers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and semiconductor roadmaps
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces for disruptive tech)
- Clearance for government-contracted R&D projects preferred
