Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate technological disruptions and regulatory changes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Oversee the development of a patent portfolio and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces)
