- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ digital landscapes
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on long-term technological impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and driving enterprise innovation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level executives and investors
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or equivalent experience
