Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen human augmentation systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Drive adoption of decentralized web3 frameworks and blockchain infrastructure for enterprise scalability
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Mentor junior innovators in rapid experimentation methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
