- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Monitor emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor senior engineers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in C-suite/Director roles
- Proven track record scaling R&D teams to 50+ professionals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published research in AI/quantum computing or related fields
- Expertise in securing venture capital for tech ventures
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulations (GDPR, FCC, etc.)
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
