Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Active security clearance with government tech experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
