Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term technology roadmap for the organization, with a specific focus on the 2026 strategic vision.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) into existing business ecosystems.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical innovation with business goals and customer needs.
- Monitor global tech trends and provide strategic recommendations to the executive board.
- Oversee the feasibility analysis of experimental projects and greenfield initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence and Strategic Planning.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
